When you enrol, you receive immediate access to the full PECB eLearning programme, allowing you to study at your own pace and around your professional commitments.
In addition, you gain access to four optional live learner support sessions, delivered online by Jan Carroll or another subject-matter expert. These sessions are focused on support, accountability, and exam readiness rather than lecturing.
The live sessions typically take place on Friday lunchtimes (Irish time). If you are unable to attend a session live, recordings are available so you can catch up in your own time.
Each session has a clear focus:
- Goal setting – setting a realistic study plan

- Progression – addressing blockers and maintaining momentum
- Exam preparation – confidence building and final readiness
