Payment Terms and Conditions for Fortify Institute Limited

1. Payment

All invoices are due 15 days after receipt. Payment can be made by bank transfer. Get in touch to arrange other payment methods. Any invoice not paid within 45 days of the invoice date will incur a late fee of 1.5% per month.

2. Refund and Cancellation

Refunds will only be given if a course or service is cancelled by Fortify Institute Limited. In the event of a participant cancellation, a credit will be issued towards a future course or service.

3. Course and Service Delays

Fortify Institute Limited will not be held liable for any delays in the start or completion of a course or service.

4. Limitation of Liability

Fortify Institute Limited will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during a course or service will be kept confidential by Fortify Institute Limited and its employees, unless required by law.
