Fortify Institute Refund Policy

At Fortify Institute, we are committed to delivering high-quality, accredited training experiences. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Our refund policy outlines the circumstances under which a refund may be issued for PECB training courses purchased through Fortify Institute.

Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund only if you experience one or more of the following:

  • You did not receive access to the course you paid for.

  • The course does not include the materials or content described on the course page.

  • The course materials are corrupted or inaccessible, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

  • You have evidence that the course content is unauthorised or counterfeit.

  • A transaction failure occurred and was not resolved through our support process.

Please note: Refunds will not be granted for requests made due to a change of mind or if you’ve already accessed a significant portion of the course content.

Refund Conditions

Fortify Institute reserves the right to:

  • Refuse refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or deceptive behaviour.

  • Decline a refund request without providing additional detail where warranted by our investigation.

Refund Limitations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Sale Items: Courses purchased at a discounted promotional price are non-refundable.

  • Third-Party Purchases: Courses purchased via third-party platforms or unauthorised resellers will not be refunded.

  • e-Gift Cards: Courses paid for in full or in part using gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Bank Fees: Transaction or withdrawal fees will not be reimbursed.

Refund Process

  1. Email your refund request to [email protected] with your order number, date of purchase, and a clear description of the issue.

  2. You will receive confirmation that your request has been received.

  3. We will notify you of the outcome (approval or rejection) following our review.

  4. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please note that once a refund is issued, access to the course and any associated materials, updates, or support will be revoked.
